Hot Dye skirts are dyed in a higher than normal temperature giving them a more intense and vibrant color that overlays their basic cotton pattern, in a manner similar to the way basic batik patterns are done.

Fits WAIST from 24 inches to 36 inches (full stretch).

LENGTH - 36 inches from waist down.

100% Cotton, handmade in India.   Elastic waist band and draw string.
