Sanskrit Bhagavad-gita Grammar

This introductory course, based upon the Gita and Sri Harinamamrta-vyakaranam of Srila Jiva Gosvami, introduces the essentials of Sanskrit in reference to a rich cultural context including Chaitanya, Panini, Sankaracharya, Mahabharata, etc. Thus, the student simultaneously learns philosophical wisdom which deepens the meanings and associations beyond mere rote learning. Topics include: pronunciation, sandhi, declension, conjugation, cases, derivatives, conversation, writing, etc.
